This gives you both a SAE or standard American size and also metric. And the nice thing about it is that it does come in this carrying case, and it gives you a quick way to set that up, have your wrenches right at the ready wherever you might be going. And I think this is a pretty good set to have, a pretty cost-effective wrench set. The case is not the highest quality, but it works pretty well. So I don't know how long it's going to last you, but as far as getting things in and out, it seems to be pretty easy. more

Ellen: Hey everybody, I'm Ellen here at etrailer.com and we're going to take a quick look at the Performance Tools - Drill and Bit Driver Set.This comes with a whole bunch of stuff to make sure that you can do just about any job around the house. So it's pretty typical. It's going to have a lot of the different sizes and different stuff that you want. I'm not going to go through each and every part, just because you can read all those parts that are listed out on our product page here at etrailer.com.But as far as how it's going to be to actually use this kit, it seems like it's a pretty good one. I think it would maybe be a little bit annoying if you're going to be using it every day, just because it can be kind of tricky to get some of these pieces out.On the bit driver side, I also noticed that there's a coating on this stuff, a lot of them that's kind of sticky. I'm not really sure why, if they tried to just put some kind of layer on there to make sure that they don't rust But when you pick them up, they just kind of have this tackiness to them, which is not the coolest thing. more

The nice thing about this is that it's cordless, it's really lightweight, and very compact, so you can easily just have this on a tool belt. And inaudible 00:00:13 a great place to put a clip or anything, but you could just put it through a loop or in a pocket, and it has a safety feature so it won't automatically turn on. You have to press down and hold a button. more

This helps to tighten down any kind of nut or bolt to get things in place. A lot of different bike racks or cargo carriers will use this size for hitch mounted accessories or for their anti-rattle bolt on those hitch mounted accessories, so this can be pretty helpful to get those things tightened down really nice and snug so you don't have any worries about bouncing around on the road. As you can see, it's a six point design, so that'll grip onto any kind of hex bolt or hex nut. It's made out of a durable steel with chrome plating, so you shouldn't have to worry about it rusting out on you. more

So this is a handy tool to have to tighten any kind of bolts down on your equipment, maybe on the anti-rattle bolt for your bike rack or your cargo carrier. It's just going to be a simple turn to go from loosen to tighten, and it should allow you to get those things off and on pretty quickly.Now, this is a tool that's nice to have for all kinds of things. Performance Tool Tap and Drill Bit Review- Video
Shane: Hey guys, Shane here with etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a look at the Performance Tools Tap and Drill Bit Kit. Now, what this is going to be designed for is on these older vehicles, this is a '14, if you're going to install a hitch, a lot of times the factory rails, or where the hitch attaches to, is into a factory weld nut. With it being open to the elements, a lot of times, those threads on those factory weld nuts get gummed up, they rust and then you can't put the hardware in. Let's say we go to put the hardware in and it strips out the threads in the factory weld nut. It's going to come with a tap and what this tap does is when you pull that bolt out, you run this through because the metal on this is harder than the metal on the factory weld nut.What it does is it creates new threads so that you can then put your bolt in place without it getting stuck or causing any damage. more

So we do have some options when it comes to leveling something like our RV here, but there's some that are going to just be hard mounted that you're just going to keep on the outside, just to keep as a reference point, whenever you are either just kind of bunking up at a campsite, or just putting this in a parking lot for the winter. Whatever it may be, this one isn't going to be a hard mount. Yes, we can put some dual sided tape and stick it wherever we need.But I really do think this is going to be a little bit more handy whenever it can just fit into your pocket really easily. Today we're going to take a look at the Powerbuilt one and seven-eighths-inch size 12-point socket with a three-quarter-inch drive. This one and seven-eighths-inch SAE socket will help apply torque when installing a two-and-five-sixteenths diameter hitch ball to either a ball-mount or to a weight distribution system. This is compatible with a three-quarter-inch drive socket wrench, which we do sell separately on our website. As you can see, it has a nice mirror polish finish to it. It's made of a chromium-vanadium steel construction, which helps resist corrosion. If you notice the labels on here, they are laser engraved for quick identification of the socket size. This does meet, or it is compatible with the ANSI, or the A-S-N-I standards. A few specs on this again. more

Firestone Tubing Cutter Review- Video
Today we're going to take a look at the Firestone Tubing Cutter, part number F9009. Here's what our Firestone tubing cutter looks like. Our tubing cutter is designed to cut 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch line or hose. When cutting the hose or line, the idea is to cut it clean and square with the line and also without distorting the line as it cuts. Keeping it nice and round for the push fittings is critical. As you can see here, the previous cut is not only jagged but it distorted the line. more

Air Lift Air Hose Cutter Review- Video
Today we're going to take a look at the Air Lift tubing cutter, part number AL10530. Our tubing cutter is designed to cut the air lines for tubing from a 1/4 inch up to 1/2 inch in size. Our tubing cutter will allow us to get a clean square cut on the line without crimping or distorting it. As you can see the razor blade portion of our cutter is about 7/8 of an inch wide, this gives us up to and just a little over 1/2 of cutting surface making it easy to cut the 1/4 inch air line making sure we get a clean square cut on the line. Unlike the previous cut, not only is it not straight or square to the line, but it also crimped it, distorting it. By using the tubing cutter it allows us to get a clean square cut on the line without distorting it. more

Powerbuilt Tools - Measuring Devices - ALL641130 Review- Video
Today we're going to review part number ALL641130. This is the Power Built 6 inch long stainless steed digital caliper. This digital caliper is designed for measuring external and internal dimensions. We'll measure depth and steps, and you can even do the differential method measurement, which means you can measure the difference between 2 parts by using the zero setting. Hopkins Bulls Eye Surface Level Review- Video
Today we'll be taking a look at the Hopkins Bullseye Surface Level, part number HN09815. This multi-purpose surface level's a great way to ensure accuracy, with the indicator displaying a level plane right in the middle of the bulls-eye. The level itself is an inch and three-quarter diameter. It's got clear liquid with a white background to ensure good contrast. We'll be going over some features of the level. I'll go ahead and show you how to get it installed. The first thing we need to do is make sure that our trailer is level front to back and side to side. more

The Hopkins 3-Way Surface Level is a level-headed solution for leveling out your RV trailer on your campsite. It's got a compact design. You can use it to level out multiple surfaces, such as game tables, appliances and machinery. You can see today we've got it on our RV coupler, and it's doing its job. It uses your standard 3-scale bubble level. You've got your horizontal and vertical, and the circle in the center is for surface leveling. more

Trailer Hitch Installation - 2010 Chevrolet Cobalt- Video
Today on this 2010 Chevrolet Cobalt we are going to install part number V58020 from Valley. The first thing we need to do is give ourselves some working room so we are going to lower the exhaust. We are going to do that by spraying down the rubber hangers with some lubricant and then we will pry them off. There are two in the back and there is one going towards the front. We have got the exhaust out of the way so lets find the points on the frame that we have to drill out. There is an oval hole here on the bracket and a round hole. On the round hole is the one we want to mark and drill. We are going to start off with our 1/ 4 inch bit and work our way up and drill it out to 1/ 2 inch bolt size. Then we will go over to the driver side and repeat the same process. These are the parts we are going to use to install to the inside of the frame of the vehicle. We have got this block plate here with a square hole and our carriage bolt and we have got our bolt leader that comes with the kit. 01:12 more
